January 1st marked a first anniversary of the tragic accident, which took the life of Kyle Dieling, one of our officers.  Recently, EPBAA has purchased and had installed a plaque in Kyle’s honor.  The plaque has been placed in front of the police station, by the circle.  Kyle, you will stay in our hearts forever, R.I.P.
